This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have when using iShare Agentic OS and related Labs experiences, including SMS messaging from ISHAREHOW LABS LLC.
We collect account details you provide, workspace and profile information, support conversations, task and workflow data, usage and token activity, and content you ask the platform to process. When you connect a third-party service, we receive only the permissions and data needed for the feature you enable. If you provide a mobile number and opt in to SMS, we also collect and use that number as described in “SMS & mobile information” below.
We use information to provide and secure the Agentic OS, run requested workflows, personalize Butler and learning experiences, process subscriptions and usage, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
If you opt in to text messages from ISHAREHOW LABS LLC, we may collect and use your mobile phone number to send appointment reminders, account / customer-care messages, and (only if you separately opt in) marketing messages about iShare Agentic OS and related offers. Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month depending on your conversation and appointments. Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] or call +1 (251) 501-6226 (iShare Butler AI line — for a live conversation with the founder, open a ticket or book a meeting; this number does not transfer). No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share text messaging originator opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Features may use infrastructure and providers such as payment, CRM, communication, AI, media, analytics, and storage services. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. You control which optional connectors you authorize and may disconnect them from your account. Subcontractors used only to deliver support or messaging services you requested are permitted as described in the SMS section above; mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, and least-privilege workflows, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
You may review or update account information, disconnect integrations, request access or deletion, and opt out of promotional messages. For SMS, reply STOP at any time. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, billing, tax, or legal compliance.
The service is not directed to children under 13. If you use the service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
